developing a modern communications sub-sector and Infrastructure in Uganda, in
conformity with the operationalization of the Telecommunications Policy.
Learning and Development Administration will offer operational support in
development and implementation of the Commission Human Resource policies and
procedures for staff development
Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Uganda
Communications Commission (UCC) Officer, Learning and Development
Administration job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social
sciences, Human Resources Management or Business Administration or a related
field
At least two years’ experience in supporting a
training function in a similar corporate setting;
Personal Competencies: Training and
development, Business Alignment, Task
Management, Integrity, Initiative
& Innovation, Interpersonal skills and Good communication skills
