Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop channel relation in Agency / bank
/ broker / direct accounts and act for multiple channels -Solicit and
source business and shoulder a channel target - The incumbent will release business quotes
as per Co. Rules and collect all documents for booking - Pursue policy issuance as per TAT and
coordinate client servicing - Site visit and reporting as part of Risk
inspection and loss site visits - Follow up and retain 80% of renewals
- Maintain and provide MIS
- The incumbent will collect and discuss
authentic market intelligence as feed back; - Develop team Plan and recommend geographical
spread
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Marketing
Degree with Professional qualification in insurance - Previous experience in insurance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Good computer proficiency
- Excellent report writing skills
