Job Summary: The Business
Manager will lead and oversee the business operations in the Firm. The individual
shall provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates
the Firm’s vision and culture. The incumbent will ensure the efficiency and
profitability of the Firm’s activities to drive sustainable development and
long-term success.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Implement business management goals and
objectives; - Develop and oversee Key Performance
Indicators for monitoring and reporting of departmental performance; - In charge of designing and implementing
business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals; - Ensure that the Firm has the adequate and
suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material,
equipment etc.); - Organize and coordinate operations in ways
that ensure maximum productivity; - Supervise the work of employees and
provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness; - Build and maintain relationships with
clients, partners and service providers; - Assess overall Firm performance against
objectives; - Ensure adherence to industry rules and
guidelines.

Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a
Bachelor’s degree in business management related aspects - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills - Good problem solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to organize processes and people
- Detail-oriented
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
