as an urban community hospital that provides modern medical care. Mengo
Hospital provides comprehensive care including radiology, obstetrics,
dentistry, orthopedics, and surgery. Additionally, Mengo Hospital provides
critical training and education to health professionals through its various
programs in midwifery and nursing, health sciences, and laboratory technology.
Mengo Hospital also has a dedicated research and development team that works to
find new solutions to health issues in Uganda.
Administrator – Training Schools will
be tasked with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, supervising,
monitoring, controlling and evaluating the administration and support services
function in the Hospital Training Schools in accordance with the established
Hospital administrative policies and procedures
The
ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration, Public Administration or Social Sciences, plus a postgraduate
qualification in Management.
Possession
of additional training and qualification in Education is a competitive
advantage.
A
minimum of eight years’ relevant working experience in administration at Senior
Officer Level, preferably in a big organization
Computer
literacy skills
Be a
balanced, mature and dynamic person
Age: At least 40 years.
