Administration Manager
February 2003 under the name Soroti Joint Medical Services Limited. Our area of
operation by then was Soroti Town where we ran a clinic up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in planning,
budgeting, directing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating hospital
administrative activities. - Manages and accounts for money allocated
in the annual budget - Works closely with departmental heads in
the administration - Ensures proper maintenance of hospital
infrastructure. - Takes part in ensuring availability and
functionality of the necessary equipment and plants; availability of
supplies to the hospital - Ensures that staff adheres to professional
code of conduct and ethics - Supports the DCEO in human resource
management activities like and indentifying manpower needs, training,
promotion, leave and submits reports to the DCEO - Carries out other duties as may be
assigned from time to time.
Experience:
- The applicant for the Accountant career
opportunity must hold a Degree in finance and accounting or
BBA/Accountancy, Bcom Accounting from a recognized institute - At least three years of related work
experience - Good planning, coordinating and organizing
skills, information management skills - Good team work and team management skills
