About Compassion Project:
The leadership of Faith Mission Churches together with the Diocese of
Kitgum, Pentecostal Assemblies of God Kitgum/Lamwo, Victory Outreach Church
Pader and New Covenant Church Patongo are working in partnership with
Compassion International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and
releasing them from poverty in Jesus name for projects.
Job Summary: The Project
Director will be in charge of all the other staff in each of the project sites
and ensuring proper relationships and networks with other key stakeholders. The
incumbent will also ensure that all funds are spent according to the accounting
standards provided.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The ideal candidates should hold Degrees
    in Social Sciences, SWASA, Community psychology, adult and Community
    education, development studies, education, BBA or related humanities.
  • Age: Between 22-35 years
