Job Summary: The
Hygiene and Sanitation Assistant will support the coordination of divisional
documentation, logistics, work plans and reporting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Care:
·
In
charge of screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them
when appropriate;

and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer
queries where possible;

Communication:
·
Preparing
and submitting divisional monthly reports;

Coordinating
the development of divisional quarterly work plans;

Managing
the filling system and Divisional library and record control of key documents
in the division which include divisional reports and work plans etc.

Providing
information and advice to staff on administrative processes, procedures and
requirements.

Logistics and Administration:
·
Coordinating
and providing logistical support to the staff when planning conferences and
workshops both at local and International levels;

charge of analyzing and coordinating logistical requirements for the Division
and on a regular basis for good coordination;

supplies/logistics inventory and preparing requisitions for office supplies and
equipment;

preparing minutes of meetings and distributing them to members within 7 days
after the meeting;

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
