Compassion International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and
releasing them from poverty in Jesus name for projects in Kabarole district.

Job Summary: The Project
Director will act as the team leader of the project Staff. The incumbent will
provide knowledge, guidance and technical skills to different stakeholders in
areas of holistic child development, project planning and budgeting. The
jobholder will also ensure that all programmatic financial and sponsor service
aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively. S/he shall be
an active minister in the local Church where s/ he is posted.

The applicants should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas; BBA, SWASA, Community
Psychology, Adult and Community Education, Development Studies, Education or
related humanities;
