Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
·        
The incumbent will manage marketing and sales department
·        
Regularly
monitor and analyze market trends, improve current products and develop future
products according to the market research finding
·        
Carry
out market research for prospective products which the Company can deal in so
as to seek the possibility to market the products including availability of
necessary raw materials for the products and costing
·        
The jobholder will develop an annual marketing and sales plan in conjunction with other
staffs and business partners to meet agreed company objectives.
·        
Prepare
and submit a monthly sales report
·        
The
incumbent will approach authorities and organizations concerned and explore the
possibility of public procurement of the Company’s products
·        
Identify
potential markets and clients, including NGOs, international organizations as
well as distributors and develop strategies to cooperate with them
·        
Develop
PR materials of the Company’s products and educational materials in
Healthcare Hygiene and Public Health to achieve frequent, timely and positive
media coverage across all available media and regions
·        
The
jobholder will coordinate the smooth running of all the business of the Company
·        
Support
the Managing Director in any business related to marketing and sales of
the company products including product registration, marketing, hygiene
promotion, customer support, and development and implementation of new business
plans
·        
Perform any other duties related to the Company as you may be requested
from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree
·        
At
least five (5) years’ experience as marketing and sales manager for a private
company
·        
Prior
work experience in medical and/or hygiene field
·        
Work
experience in Business to Business, Business to Consumer, Business to
Government
·        
Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel with skills in developing sales projection and management
sheets with effective functions
·        
Computer
literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
