Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicants should be Ugandans holding an
Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Law, Human Rights, Economics,
Arts or Humanities or any other related field plus a minimum of a Post Graduate
Diploma in any of the above disciplines from a recognized
University/Institution.
