Key Duties and

The Bakery and Fresh Foods Supervisor will manage
the bakery and ascertain that the right production processes are followed for
quality products

Determine the demand of ingredients/materials
required for the productions of specific bakery products

Provide supervision to the relevant staff in the
bakery section

Ascertain that there is consistence in the
quality of the product

section and ascertain that the working environment is conducive the staff and

The jobholder will manage the refrigeration of
all fresh foods to ascertain that the right items are kept and conducive
atmosphere and temperatures for preservation of the items for a give lifespan

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The ideal candidates for the Senana Supermarket Bakery
and Fresh Foods Supervisor job placements should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
Catering, Food Science, Home Economics or a Diploma is the same fields
