Job Summary: The Donor
Compliance and Reporting Manager will be responsible for donor reporting,
coordination and ensure compliance with ARC and Donor rules and regulations. In
particular, Donor and Management Reports and compliance checks will be
conducted to assess whether ARC’S systems are adequate and in compliance with
donor requirements and ARC policies and procedures whilst identify improvements
where necessary across all departments, including program, finance, logistics,
HR and IT. The Donor Compliance and Reporting Manager will be responsible for
coordinating the Donor Quarterly financial assessments and the external audits
by donors.

should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance and CPA.

accounting package (Serenic) will be an added advantage.
