Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in
the performance and effectiveness of the sales and marketing function in the
institution.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in setting targets for customer
growth, and growth in savings deposits
Provide training to reports on savings products,
customer engagement, segmentation and uptake, savings mobilization strategies,
relationship management, and cross-selling of other products and services
In charge of monitoring the performance of sales
& marketing officers to ensure that customer growth and savings
mobilization targets are fulfilled, quality relationship management is
maintained and cross
Actively participates in the development of
institutional sales targets
Drive and exceed sales and service plans by
developing and maintaining own clientele
Regularly monitor institutional sales growth and
ensure set targets are met by sales and marketing officer reports
Design and implement sales and marketing
initiatives aimed at growing the business
Work closely with and support the savings
champion to promote savings initiatives across branch network, and provide
feedback on customer views and ideas, while highlighting barriers that may
prevent savings mobilization
Participate in innovating, developing and
reviewing of products and services so as to improve on product performance to
achieve the overall sales targets.
Work with relevant departments to develop
initiatives to increase client retention
Implement supervisory and audit findings and
recommendations related to sales and marketing
Develop and implement an individual sales and
marketing plan to improve the business mobilization and accounts usage
Support and monitor development of individual
sales & marketing plans of sales & marketing officers
Manage the Mobile Marketing Van
Experience:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
business related subject from a reputable University
A minimum of three years’ experience in a
similar role with a financial services background position.
