Job Summary: The Operations
Manager will initiate, review and monitor the implementation of the company’s
operations and the performance of the organization functions in line with the
company’s strategic direction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

company’s strategic planning process and provide regular updates;

Initiate, conduct, monitor and review the
implementation of the organization strategies and constituent business units in
line with the strategies and business targets;

Review the performance, resource utilization,
value contribution and quality of coordination of projects and in line with set
organizational objectives;

Conduct periodic reviews of organizational
functional strategies, business functions and processes in order to determine
their efficacy and contribution to revenue generation and cost containment;

Carry out a review of the performance of the
investment strategy in line with organizational set objective;

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The ideal candidate for the Movit Products
Limited (MPL) Operations Manager job vacancy should hold a Master’s degree in
Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Finance and accounting or an
equivalent qualification from a recognized university;

Advanced training and hands on experience in strategy,

A minimum of seven years working experience,
with four (4) years’ experience in planning and operating at strategic level in
a busy commercial environment, preferably in a manufacturing company;
