Job Summary: The General Manager-SIM Plastics will provide
an oversight role in all operations of the company in the different departments
and ensure maximization of outputs and profits for the benefit of all
stakeholders.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

Take lead in setting targets and coordinate the
work of different line managers to ensure achievements of set targets;

Offer timely support to the management team in
developing corporate plans, annual operating plans and budgets as well as
developing various strategies that enable target to be achieved;

Receive and analyze departmental reports for any
necessary follow up actions/ issues and provide appropriate feedback to the
respective line managers;

Guarantee good custody of the company assets;

Ensure and foster good public relations with all

degree in any of the following fields: Economics, Finance, Risk Management,
Statistics, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or Management from a
reputable university;
