• The incumbent will implement systems and
  best practices in asset care such as PFM/TPM
• Ensure availability of engineering
  services to Production Facilities at the Plant.
• Ensure engineering projects are delivered
  on time, as per the plan and budget
• Conduct feasibility studies and make
  recommendations to meet the changing needs of the business in the areas of
  asset care
• Assign, direct, and evaluate work of
  employees, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff
  competence.
• Ensure proper controls are in place to
  manage budgets and activities are carried out as planned to meet the cash
  flow in operating expenditure
• Ensure proper systems and controls are in
  place to manage environment, occupational health and safety process.
• Perform administrative functions such as
  reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures and enforcing rules
  and procedures.

• The ideal candidate should preferably hold
  a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least five years of relevant
  experience, two years of which are at a supervisory or managerial level.
• Strong conceptual understanding of world
  class asset care systems
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
  applications and SAP
• Excellent analytical ability and problem
  solving skills,
• Excellent oral and written communication
  and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a strong team player with ability
  to work under minimum supervision
• Must be able to deliver results against
  key targets
• Ability to provide strong leadership and
  motivation.
