Manager will work directly with the National Sales Manager and the East Africa
Sales & Marketing Director to ensure the brand is strong in their area,
generate revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, and
most importantly closing sales to hit targets as well as support the
implementation of after-sales.
Hit sales targets set for your region
Prepare and submit weekly Sales & Marketing
reports
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your
customer base
Increasing business opportunities through
various routes to market
Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating
them to reach targets
Build and strengthen working relationships with
the company and external customers
Keeping up to date with products and competitors
The incumbent will collect, analyze and report product
and customer feedback
Ensure quality of after-sales services is
exceptional in your region
Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Diploma
or Bachelor’s degree
At least five (5) years of work experience with
a minimum of three (3) years in sales.
Experience working in rural sales environment
preferably in a rural setting is desirable
Proven ability to hit sales targets
Ability to manage inventory and after-sales
services processes
Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Microsoft
Word, Excel & Google Apps
