Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Receptionist
    career placement must hold a diploma in Social Sciences, Office Management
    or related relevant field.
  • Prior experience in busy office environment
    in the same field will be an added advantage
  • The applicant should have an impressive
    personality, able to gauge the customer about his requirements &
    suggest the products accordingly
  • Good telephone skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Microsoft
    Office
  • Good listening skills
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Customer Focus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Informing Others
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Age: Below 28 years
