Job Summary: The Head of Curriculum and Environment will
mainly develop and monitor exemplary Curriculum applications fin all COF schools;
creating model schools which faithfully reflect the Ugandan Curriculum, whilst
providing progressive, pupil based methodology; these are the best schools in
Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree
qualification in Primary Education. Masters degree is an added advantage - Proven experience of relationship building in
an Educational Environment - Detailed and accurate reporting of
performance and achievement - Experience in designing and implementing programs
and schedules - Excellent organizational and time management
skills - Diverse knowledge in education programming
- Excellent written English and computer skills
- Dealings with high profile personnel
- Excellent knowledge of community development
programming in the rural areas of Uganda - Excellent interpersonal skills, high level of
integrity and good moral conduct - Good conceptual and analytical skills
- Self-directed and capable of working with
minimum supervision - Ability to work within tight deadlines for proposal
development / reporting - Strong commitment to Cotton On Foundation’s cause
and values - An open personality and acceptance of all
races, creeds and cultures Licensed, and willing, to travel by motor bike
