- The incumbent will manage the clinic
reception area and clinic tidiness - Prepare and manage work plans and budgets for
the clinic - File all clinic correspondences
- Prepare clinic minutes and run all
appointments - Manage all clinic correspondences and telephone
calls - Handle and type letters
- Ensure accountability of the funds allocated
to the clinic. - Ensure operation of clinic equipment by
following up on service and repair needs - Maintains supplies inventory by checking
stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing
and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. - Manage the clinic vehicle needs such as
service, fuel and keys
- The applicant for the Uganda Law Society Administrative
Assistant should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
or related course - One to two years of proven admin or assistant
experience - Broad knowledge and understanding of office
management systems and procedures - Excellent time management skills and ability
to multi-task and priorities work - Keen attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills - Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High level of integrity, professionalism
& confidentiality - Excellent reporting skills.
