Job Summary: The Territory Sales In-charge will be responsible
for overall management of 1 or 2 distributors within the allocated region and
to ensure that all business operations at the distributor level. The incumbent must
ensure that set targets are met and also responsible for acquisition of new
outlets, good at handling teams both distributors and the sales teams, ensure
market visibility at all times, process compliance to TAT, pay structure,
provide market feedback to the Zonal Sales Managers, Visit Market (Route &
Beat) of every DSR on regular basis.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold at least a Diploma or
its equivalent in Business related course from a reputable organization - A minimum of three years’ work experience in
field of sales and marketing, - Possess basic communication skills (verbal,
written, presentation) - Good influencing skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Good selling skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Good team player
- Ability to execute all duties assigned, must
be able to work under minimum or no supervision at all, must be smart and
presentable
