  Executive jobs should hold a graduate level degree in a relevant field
• At least two years’ experience in Media and Sales
  in East Africa
• Knowledge of media advertising operations in
  Uganda is preferred but not a must
• Possess a high degree of self-motivation and
  ambition with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication
  skills
• A positive, confident and determined approach
  to life
• Resilience and the ability to cope with
  rejection
• Proven ability to flourish in a highly
  competitive environment
• A good level of presentation skills including
  self
