Job Summary: The Fleet Management Coordinator will be responsible
for maintaining an efficient and effective fleet management system to ensure
that transport services support achievement of the organisation’s objectives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics Management or Business-related
degree with post graduate diploma in Fleet Management - A minimum of four years’ experience in fleet
management, two of which must have been at supervisory level - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in various
MS Office packages - Working knowledge of English and local
languages - Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the
highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. - The applicant must also be flexible,
reliable, and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay Uganda. - Evidence of a non-judgemental approach
regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
