Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Supplier Relationship & Contract
Management Officer will manage supplier vetting and Prequalification - In charge of managing supplier contracts
- Responsible for Suppliers Relationship
management - Keenly review payment claims/invoices and
business term details before processing of payments. - Regularly analyze market and supplier
delivery patterns in order to assess present and future material
availability. - Manage business relationship with key
suppliers - Conduct Procurement – Risk Management
- Prepare and submit periodic reports
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned
from time to time by the Assistant Manager, Foreign Purchases.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Movit Products
Limited (MPL) Supplier Relationship & Contract Management Officer job vacancy
should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain management - At least three years of related experience in
a busy organization, preferably in a manufacturing setting. - Proficiency in ERP
- Highly effective communication and negotiation
skills - Skills and experience in Contract management
- Skills and experience in Supplier
Relationship management - Strong knowledge of procurement regulations,
laws and procedures - Strong familiarity and technical competence
with purchase management software and /or automation - High integrity and ethical standards
- Strong leadership, motivation and managerial
skills - Ability to take priorities
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
