Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a 1st class and 2nd Class upper degrees in
field of: Land surveying, Civil
engineering, Business Technology Computing and IT, Procurement & Logistics,
Business Administration, Economics and Statistics, Environmental Science, Construction
management and Real Estate Business Management
The applicant must hold a 1st class and 2nd Class upper degrees in
