Job Summary: The Senior HR Officer will manage grievance and
disciplinary issues. He / she will also manage staff leave.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a degree
qualification in HR and or industrial/organisational psychology from a
well-known institute. - At least three to five years of relevant
experience in HR Management preferably in East Africa. - Broad knowledge and understanding of SAP is
preferred. - Broad awareness of Uganda employment law and
implication. - Competent in current HR practices and
policies.
