Job Summary: The Organisation Development Coordinator will be
responsible for the learning and professional development of an organisation’s
workforce as well as manage the company performance management system.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In charge of identifying training and
    development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal
    schemes and regular consultation with business managers
  • Designing and expanding training and
    development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the
    individual
  • Managing the delivery of training and
    development programmes: and devising training strategies for the
    organisation
  • In charge of monitoring and reviewing the progress
    of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Supporting line managers and trainers solve
    specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
  • Develop an understanding of e-learning
    techniques and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or
    delivery of e-learning packages
  • In charge of researching new technologies and
    methodologies in workplace learning: and presenting such research
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Vodafone Organisation
    Development Coordinator job opportunity should have demonstrable HR
    experience and technical ability in specifically handling the training and
    organisational development function
  • A minimum of three to five years’ experience
    in a similar role
  • Excellent analytical and computer reporting
    skills
  • Excellent training delivery skills
  • Extensive knowledge in carrying out skills
    audits
  • Extensive experience in organisation
    performance management coordination
  • Fast learner, flexible, hardworking and dynamic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as an active team player with
    all Vodafone personnel
