Job Summary: The Organisation Development Coordinator will be
responsible for the learning and professional development of an organisation’s
workforce as well as manage the company performance management system.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of identifying training and
development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal
schemes and regular consultation with business managers - Designing and expanding training and
development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the
individual - Managing the delivery of training and
development programmes: and devising training strategies for the
organisation - In charge of monitoring and reviewing the progress
of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers - Supporting line managers and trainers solve
specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups - Develop an understanding of e-learning
techniques and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or
delivery of e-learning packages - In charge of researching new technologies and
methodologies in workplace learning: and presenting such research
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Vodafone Organisation
Development Coordinator job opportunity should have demonstrable HR
experience and technical ability in specifically handling the training and
organisational development function - A minimum of three to five years’ experience
in a similar role - Excellent analytical and computer reporting
skills - Excellent training delivery skills
- Extensive knowledge in carrying out skills
audits - Extensive experience in organisation
performance management coordination - Fast learner, flexible, hardworking and dynamic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as an active team player with
all Vodafone personnel
