Job Summary: The General
Manager (GM) will be responsible for advising on the strategic direction of the
organization, implementing approved policies, resolutions, work plans and
budgets. The incumbent will also be responsible for member and resource
mobilization and the Union’s overall business growth and development.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The incumbent should hold a Bachelor’s degree
in Finance, Economics or Accounting. Possession of a Master’s degree in
business related field is an added advantage. - A minimum of five years’ experience in a
managerial position is required. - Previous experience in working with
Government funded programs is an added advantage. - Previous experience with SACCOs or member
based organizations is an added advantage.
