Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Sponsorship Administrator (Photos) will
support the Watoto Child Care Ministries in arranging for a photographer
and facilitates the process for new members in the program as well as
existing sponsored individuals’ accurate photos to be taken annually or as
deemed necessary - Edits pictures of sponsored individuals for
use in profiles and sponsor updates - The jobholder makes recent pictures available
on line for support offices to access - Ensures that photo schedules are planned in a
timely manner and the availability to
country offices of these photos is done on a timely basis
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Watoto Child Care
Ministries Sponsorship Administrator (Photos) career opportunity should
hold a Degree in Mass communication with a major in Photography and
Industrial Art. - A minimum of two years working experience in
a recognized organisation/company - The applicant must be follower of Jesus
Christ, with a mature walk and consistent witness, maintaining a courteous
and Christ-like attitude and outlook. - Excellent organizational skills
- Effective time management skills
- Proven ability to gain support and
cooperation from key stakeholders - Keen attention to detail and high level of
commitment to accuracy - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Word,
Excel, Outlook, knowledge of editing and Photo Shop are an added
advantage.
