Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Employee referral check; scoring and
Selection of candidates that meet the requirements in each job description
(JD) - Responsible for interview arrangement;
Conduct interviews with the Line Managers - Updating the vacancies rack and provide the
summary report to recruitment Manager on weekly basis - In charge of reviewing the Recruitment agency
invoices before forwarded to the recruitment Manager for approval. - Offer of employment (follow up on offer and
acceptance) - Work as a key liaison with Shared Services on
all recruitments documents Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement etc - Handling new employees reporting duty, such
as induction and reporting needs - Update the Employment / Vacancies Report
- Carrying out background checks and entire
vetting procedure to all on boarding
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in
Human resource, Project management and any other related field of studies - One to two years of related work experience
in similar functions - Efficient in IT related vetting tools,
recruitment systems and computer knowledge, excel, word and any other software - Excellent interpersonal and communications
skills, both verbal and written - Demonstrated ability to demonstrate
initiative and assertiveness - Ability to plan and manage work in an
efficient manner - Demonstrated ability to work well under
stress and time pressures - Keen attention to detail and team builder
