Job Summary: The Finance and Administration Officer manages all
financial and human resources and administrative aspects of the company,
implementing accounting systems that ensure accurate and timely production of
financial information and thorough efficient planning, monitoring and control.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure proper financial management in the
    company
  • Oversee and supervise all office and administration
    personnel to ensure proper office management
  • The incumbent will be at the forefront &
    in charge of staff & payroll management
  • Lead in the key management area of
    infrastructure, risk management & compliance and IT in collaboration
    with the key players in the group.    
  • In charge of developing, documenting &
    implementation of quality systems & processes.
  • The jobholder will also be undertaking a
    Project Officer role on key projects as required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Finance and
    Administration Officer career opportunity should hold a Degree in Business
    Administration, Accounting or Management
  • At least five to ten years’ experience in finance,
    administration and management
  • Demonstrable supervisory experience of
    administrative staff & experience in the development of positions,
    systems & procedures
  • Significant experience in leading improvement
    initiatives
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of
    accounting principles including accrual accounting, reconciliations,
    general ledger journals & preparedness to learn more complex
    principles
  • Computer literacy i.e. proficient high level
    user of accounting systems and confidence with use of computer networks.
