- The jobholder will build and maintain
business relationships with current and prospective clients with a focus
on doctors and specialists - Evaluate customers’ needs and build
productive long lasting client relationships Monitor and report on
personal and team revenue targets - The incumbent will manage and report on all
aspects of the referral process - Responsible for Referral Specialists/Doctor
payments and disseminate relevant information to them. - Carry out market intelligence and competitor
monitoring and reporting - Report and provide feedback to management on
day to day activities
- The ideal candidate for the Client Management
Coordinator career opportunity should hold a first degree in a relevant
field - Two years’ experience in healthcare or
pharmaceuticals sales - Excellent communication and negotiation
skills - Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Self-motivation, drive and initiative - Flexibility to cope with frequent changes in
service provision - Good report writing skills
