Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Field Officer will be tasked with grading
raw milk per set quality standards - Handle all testing apparatus and materials as
required - Ensure high hygiene standards are maintained
during grading and transportation - The Field Officer will also maintain raw milk
collection records on daily basis - Guide farmers and suppliers on their daily
milk quality performance - Ensure cleanliness of milk cans
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidates for the Brookside Field Officer
career jobs should hold certificates in Food or Dairy Science &
Technology. Possession of a Veterinary graduate will have an added
advantage - A minimum of two years’ experience working in
dairy or beverage sector - Excellent analytical skills
- Accuracy and reliability of test results
- High degree of personal integrity
