needs. LWF Uganda currently has five areas of operation in Pader, Kitgum, Adjumani,
Katakwi, Sembabule, Kampala and Kamwenge Districts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Administrative Officer
job placement should hold a University degree in Business Administration
or HRM is essential. - A minimum of three years of professional
experience in procurement processes with reputable organization - Excellent oral and written communication and
interpersonal skills. - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in MS
Excel, MS Word, MS Access - Proven ability to work independently with
minimum supervision in tight deadline driven environment. - Ability to negotiate with vendors in a
transparent manner - The Administrative Officer must maintain
strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Administration
Officer - Be honest, trustworthy, respectful pay
attention cultural awareness, and flexible - Proven ability to initiate and complete
assignments under demanding circumstances with minimal supervision - Demonstrated ability to communicate
effectively both orally and in writing; - Demonstrated ability to work in a team as
well as individually;
