Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Trade Services Maintenance Planner will
implement maintenance system/programmes –SAP, TCCQS, PFM, e.t.c. - Develop Maintenance Plan.
- Prepare and submit reports as per Schedule
i.e. daily, weekly, monthly - Update and maintain technical documentation
in proper order - Ensure Asset Care targets are achieved as per
commitments. - Keenly review database data and ensure
accuracy & relevance - Perform any other duty assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Trade Services
Maintenance Planner vacancy should hold a Degree in Automotive Engineering
or a related field - At least three years’ experience in Motor
Vehicle Maintenance Practice. - Demonstrated ability to understand the
various practical aspects of maintenance work flow, and maintenance
documentation. - Computer literacy skills with proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, MS. Access. Prior knowledge of SAP or any other data base
management systems will be an added advantage. - High level of commitment and attention to
details. - High degree of integrity, honesty, and
flexibility and analytical ability
