Job Summary: The Support Services Manager will take charge of the
development and implementation of systems for effective management of
activities in Security, Site Maintenance, site new infrastructure development,
transport and districts health infrastructure improvement to ensure efficient delivery
of organisational activities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a first Degree in recognized
professional field, with post graduate training in management or Public
administration. - Additional training in Fleet, Estates and or
Logistics management is added advantage. - At least five years’ experience in estates management
and support services provision, two of which should have been at senior
management level - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in various
MS Office packages - Working knowledge of English and local
languages - The applicant must also be highly flexible
- Show sympathy with the Christian values of
Mildmay Uganda - Evidence of a non-judgemental approach
regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical.
