- The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/ Development Studies/ Community
Psychology, or a related field from a recognised university. Possession of
a post graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management is an added
advantage. - A minimum of three years’ experience in
Project Planning and Management, knowledge of participatory approaches to
community mobilisation and engagement. - Significant experience with OVC and Gender
programming, Stepping Stones and Asset Building Approaches (SASA) as well
as current knowledge on HIV prevention, care and treatment issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in various
MS Office packages - Working knowledge of English and local
