Johns Hopkins University/Center for Communication Programs (CCP) is a pioneer in

health promotion that has helped transform the theory and practice of public

Manager will:
- Make and document payments and manage bank
accounts; - Prepare monthly financial reports in
Quickbooks; - Manage a small payroll system, including PAYE
and NSSF payments; - Deduct and submit WHT to URA;
- Evaluate competitive procurements, and
prepare purchase orders and contracts; - Prepare and track project and activity
budgets; - Ensure compliance with CCP financial
management policies and procedures; - Orient staff to financial management
procedures; - Update and maintain filing system of all
financial related documents.
- The applicant should hold a Degree in
Commerce Finance or Business Administration; - Certified Public Accountant (CPA); part
qualified or equivalent will be considered - A minimum of five years’ accounting
experience - Fluent in English, with excellent written and
oral communication skills - Strong computer skills including Microsoft
Office and Quick Books - Previous experience working on US government
funded projects a plus.
