Marketing Manager NGO Careers – BRAC International

alleviation Programs, is registered in Uganda as BRAC Uganda. The organization
implements integrated development approach combining Education, Health, Agriculture,
Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure great BRAC visibility including
    developing and implementing relevant merchandise at Ugandan branches and
    CHP level.
  • The incumbent will be tasked with the
    development of successful marketing activities throughout the year to
    support CHP work and sales. Promotions SMS campaigns, outdoor events,
    launch plan etc.
  • Ensure timely and flawless execution of the
    activities on the ground including support to branch team and training
    team.
  • Render support in managing marketing
    partnerships with suppliers / NGO including on the ground implementation.
  • Work closely ith third party whenever needed
    to ensure quality and creation of all editorial design, production and distribution
    of all BRAC marketing materials in Uganda.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the
    supervisor. 
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicants for the Marketing Manager job
    opportunity should hold Bachelor’s Degrees in Sales and Marketing or
    Communication.
  • Previous exposure and experience in working
    as sales person especially for Health Products.
  • The applicant should be willing to travel
    extensively in the field where the program
  • /Project is being implemented.
  • Timely reporting, strong teamwork and ability
    to use computer.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both
    written and oral.
  • Good design eye, and strong analytical skills
