preparing for change including business case development, budgeting, risk
assessment, readiness assessment, impact assessment, change prioritization,
change plan development including clearly defined success metrics, promoting
change readiness in the business.
Manages change activities including; managing the change plan and
change communication, supporting training, regularly reporting on change
progress and impact, resolving issues arising, managing risks, managing change
resistance, managing change budget.
Evaluation:
- Measures and communicates to management change
initiative effectiveness against business case goals and facilitates
action to address shortfalls. - Reinforces change by ensuring smooth
hand-over from project based change to business based change.
- Builds a change culture/resilience in the
business by equipping leaders and their teams with the capability to
respond to and manage change. - Stays abreast with cutting- edge change
management practices and tools and shares learning from change initiatives
with leaders and their teams.

Change career opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business related course - Possession of post graduate qualifications in
Change Management is an added advantage - At least six years’ experience in managing
change in a large organization with three years at supervisory level - Exposure to Project management methodologies.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of Retail
Banking business and financial services industry at large. - Knowledge of change management in large and
diverse organizations - Effective communication skills, verbal,
written and presentation skills - Computer literacy (Ms Office)
