Job Summary: The Health Systems Strengthening Director will
support the Chief of Party in the implementation of key health systems
strengthening (HSS) activities of the project.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the World Vision Health
Systems Strengthening Director career opportunity should preferably hold a
Master’s Degree in public health, or a related field; - At least eight years’ experience with
progressively increasing responsibility in: designing, managing and
implementing complex, large scale health public health programs and - Previous experience in leading a highly
successful health systems strengthening program in Uganda or in a similar
settings. - S/he shall have depth and breadth of
technical expertise and experience in Health Systems Strengthening
