Job Summary: The Head of
Human Resource will oversee the human resource function of the Manufacturing
factory. The incumbent will provide leadership and strategic direction on Human
Resource Issues, and help develop and/or review human resource policies for the
factory, training and development of the existing human resource, recruitment,
and retention strategies form a key component of this function. The jobholder
will also lead a team of other HR professionals to ensure they deliver top
quality workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, development
and talent management, industrial relations and effective legally compliant HR
administration, payroll and HRIS. This will include planning organising, and
monitoring all aspects of the HR functions through regular reporting.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management - At least eight to ten years of working
experience managing an HR function - The applicant must have industrial experience
- Familiarity with legal knowledge particularly
in relation to the labour laws. - Excellent problem solving skills, effective
interpersonal communication, cultural sensitivities, excellent written and
verbal communication in English - Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Computer literacy i.e. technical skills in
Microsoft office and payroll package
