- In charge of administering relationships with

- The jobholder will also prepare fundraising
proposals in conjunction with the Income Generation Manager - Conduct context analyses for idea generation
for social projects and strategy development - Oversee the development of appropriate
programs for Bike4Care &Bike4School&Bike4Work - Develops plans, budgets and reports as
required by CooP-Uganda, donors and other partners - Execute/ roll out all social programmes based
on annual and project plans - Keenly monitor and evaluate all social
programme activities - Prepare and submit timely periodic reports to
management, donors, authorities - Have monthly target meetings with the Manager
and finance coordinator to discuss progress on monthly targets. - Builds and manages the relationship with
local partners and government in the programmes - In charge of defining, together with relevant
staff, frameworks, procedures and indicators oriented towards improved
project management and quality.
- Works in liaison with the Finance and
Administration Coordinator regarding best practices for financial
administration of social projects - Perform any other responsibilities assigned
to him/her by CooP-Uganda.
- The ideal candidate for the Social Projects
Coordinator job opportunity should preferably hold a Diploma in community
development, project management or other relevant social sciences - At least two years’ experience in programme
management and/or civil society projects. - Excellent interpersonal skills to work
effectively with people and communities - Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, including public speaking and presentation skills. - Computer literacy i.e. experience in data
processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), E-mail, and
Internet browser software.
