Job Summary: The M&E Officer will be in charge of reviewing
and implementing M & E/data management systems and guidelines for measuring
and tracking Programmes/projects’ performance in line with the M&E
departmental mission.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The M&E Officer should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
(honors) degree in Statistics, Demography, or Quantitative Economics with
a formal qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation - A minimum of two years’ experience in Log
Frame Approach: planning, monitoring and evaluation; - Proficient in the application of qualitative
and quantitative M&E methods with a reputable NGO, and direct
experience with government and donor representatives - Good team player
- Excellent communication skills
- The applicant must be dynamic
- Highly persuasive and convincing
- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate high
initiative. - Good networking and partnership skills.
- Working knowledge of common Statistical
analysis and database management packages such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft
Excel, STATA, SPSS and EPiDATA.
