About US:
The
Government of Uganda through the Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and
Fisheries the Ministry is implementing the Meat Export Services Project
(MESSP). The overall objectives of the project are to:-

- To construct, equip and operate veterinary
Export quarantine stations - To establish and operate a livestock identification
and traceability system - Establish adequate meat Export technical
capacity in the meat export value chain - Functional veterinary Export quarantine stations
established
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be driving vehicles
between different points as directed by the supervisors - Ensuring compliance with traffic regulations
- In charge of keeping vehicles in good running
condition - Carrying out minor repairs
- Performing any other duties as assigned by
the Project Coordinator from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the Driver jobs should be
Ugandans who possess Ordinary level certificates of Education with a pass
in English plus a valid driving permit class B. Possession of another
class is highly advantageous - At least five years relevant working experience
in driving - Age Limit: 25-50
