Job Summary: The CSI Programme Cordinator will coordinate and
monitor the performance of the Stanbic Bank’s CSI Programmes

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out multiple project assessments to
evaluate goals, objectives, and priorities of prospective projects and
ensure that they are aligned with the strategic direction of the Bank. - Keenly monitor and coordinate national
project activities to ensure that they are being executed in accordance
with the project plans and resolve any challenges that may be hindering
progress of the project or escalate these challenges to Head CSI. - Coordinate Branch CSI activities in-line with
our CSI focus areas. - Coordinate employee volunteering and ECI
programs - Work closely with relevant cross functional
groups prepare project launch/ handover activities. - Develop and implement a CSI communication
plan to ensure consistency of internal and external communication
activities. - Work closely with programme beneficiaries to
collect baseline information of the project and follow up to obtain data
during and after implementation of the project to ascertain if the project
has indeed achieved its intended goals - Prepare CSI project monitoring reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant for the Stanbic Bank CSI
Programme Cordinator job placement should hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Communication, Philanthropic studies, Social Sciences, Statistics,
Economics, Marketing or any other related field - At least three years’ work experience with
community programmes - Broad working knowledge of Social Performance
Management - Working knowledge in developing and executing
Communication strategies - Working knowledge in Research and Data
Evaluation - Demonstrated ability to prioritize and tackle
multiple tasks and see the “big picture” - Proven ability to establish and meet
deadlines; ability to establish clear priorities quickly - Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse
teams - Good team work
