Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be tasked with setting up a
sales team - Check and follow up team all every activity
- Responsible for managing market analysis
- Carry out team SWOT analysis
- Motivate team
- Prepare investment plan for sub-distributors
- Respond products visibility and target
commitment - In charge of problem solving
- Prepare promotion and other project related
to market
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should at least hold a
Bachelor’s degree in any business related field. - At least six years’ experience in sales
working in the field of fast moving consumer goods. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
packages. - Proven ability to communicate effectively in
English both oral and in written. - Self-driven with well-developed leadership
skills preferably with experience directly managing junior staff.
