Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • The incumbent will be tasked with setting up a
    sales team
  • Check and follow up team all every activity
  • Responsible for managing market analysis
  • Carry out team SWOT analysis
  • Motivate team
  • Prepare investment plan for sub-distributors
  • Respond products visibility and target
    commitment
  • In charge of problem solving
  • Prepare promotion and other project related
    to market
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should at least hold a
    Bachelor’s degree in any business related field.
  • At least six years’ experience in sales
    working in the field of fast moving consumer goods.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    packages.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in
    English both oral and in written.
  • Self-driven with well-developed leadership
    skills preferably with experience directly managing junior staff.
