Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Development – In charge of managing and
retaining existing relationships and generating new business in the
assigned market segments by providing core banking products and services. - Relationship Management – Adequacy of personal competence to
effectively perform - Account Relationship Management: ensure the customer relations are
maintained well to reduce complaints and also retain existing customers by
management of customer expectations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Corporate Relationship Manager should
preferably hold a University Degree from a recognized institution.
Possession of a postgraduate degree or professional qualification in a
related field will be an added advantage. - At least five years’ experience in Relationship
Management and/ or two years’ experience in credit and a proven record of
successfully managing and growing a portfolio of corporate banking
clients. - Broad working knowledge of bank operations
and procedures.
