Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidates for these vacancies
should hold a Commercial degree or equivalent, higher qualifications. - The Upcountry Field Officers for Agricultural
Training and Sales Support should have at least two to three years proven
experience in a field based customer service and support role with a solid
agricultural sales / agricultural banking background, and must be able to
demonstrate a complete understanding of the agricultural industry. - Strong agricultural background and previous
working experience with a bank, MDI, or MFI would be an advantage - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills - Highly motivated with good organization
skills - Computer literacy i.e. knowledge of Microsoft
PowerPoint, Word and Excel is a requirement for working at Compuscan
