- The applicants for the Data Management
Supervisor jobs should hold a Bachelor of Statistics, Computer Science,
Demography, QE, Information Technology OR Social sciences, Dev. Studies,
Arts with a postgraduate training in statistics, QE, Information
Technology, Database Administration or equivalent. - A minimum of three years’ experience in Data
Management using data analysis packages like SPSS, STATA, Epi-lnfo
(including analysis in MS Excel. - The ideal candidates must also have knowledge
in National Health Management information systems (HMIS) and OVC MIS, and
use of Relational Data Management systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in various
MS Office packages - Working knowledge of English and local
languages - The applicant must also be highly flexible
